Food writer and restaurateur Bill Sewell opened his first café in London in 1989. Café @ All Saints in Hereford followed in 1997 and Michaelhouse in Cambridge in 2008. From the first day we’ve served great home-made food and we try to make each day a little bit more delicious than the last.
